The Rental Process

Free Initial Consultation

This is where we will listen to you and understand what your motivations are for moving, timelines, where you want to live, what’s important to you and why. Ideally, we like to do this in person, but we can arrange a video call if easier.

Market Research

Once we have a full understanding of what you want, we will then start searching for properties, using our list of contacts, social media presence and our relationships with the local estate agents so we can provide you with the best options both on the market, coming to the market and off the market.

Viewing Schedule

Once we have created and discussed the shortlist with you, we will then arrange a detailed viewing schedule. We will make sure it fits around your schedule, to save you time and stress. We will be on hand to make sure you’re asking all the right questions. Once each viewing is over, we will discuss and listen to your thoughts to help with the ongoing search.

Due Diligence

When we have identified the right property, we will then dig deeper with the agent or Landlord to find out all we can to make sure you are well informed on who manages the property, lease terms and other costs.

Negotiation

We will negotiate the rental agreement on your behalf, striving to secure the best terms for you, using our relationships, and experience.

Here to Help

Once the tenancy has been agreed, we will then be on hand to help with questions on the tenancy agreement, the reference process and chasing the Agent/Landlord for updates to ensure a quick and smooth process.

Move In

We are then on hand to collect keys on your behalf or meet you at the property on the day you move in. We can also help provide local contractors if required.
