Who We Share Your Personal Information with
We will never share your personal data with third-parties for marketing purposes. We will only share your details with third-parties where we have your consent, such as, but not limited to lawyers, estate agents, financial advisors etc.
How We Store Your Personal Information
The security of your personal data is extremely important to us, and to protect your data, we take a number of important measures, including the following:
• All data in a physical format is kept in a locked filing cabinet
• All other data is kept on devices which are secure, and password protected
• Data held on Google Drives is kept for essential business usage only, as is password protected
We will only store or transfer your personal data in the UK. This means that it will be fully protected under the UK GDPR.
How Long We Keep Your Personal Information
We will not keep your personal data for any longer than is necessary. Your personal data will be kept for the following periods:
• If we have entered into a contract with you and/or fulfilled a service, your personal data will be kept for the length of the contract through to completion.
We will then store the details for a further five years.
• For the purpose of a mailing list personal data will be kept for up to two years.
Your Data Protection Rights Under data protection law, you have the following rights:
Your right of access - You have the right to ask us for copies of your personal information.
Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate.
You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.
Your right to erasure - You have the right to ask us to erase your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to restriction of processing - You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
Your right to data portability - You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
