Free initial consultation

Where we will listen to you and understand what your motivations are for moving, timelines, where you want to live, what’s important to you and why. Ideally, we like to do this in person, but we can arrange a video call if easier.


Market Research

Once we have a full understanding of what you want, we will then start searching for properties, using our list of contacts, social media presence and our relationships with the local estate agents so we can provide you with the best options both on the market, coming to the market and off the market.


Viewing Schedule

Once we have discussed the shortlist with you, we will then arrange a detailed viewing schedule which fits around your schedule, making sure all the properties with all the different agents line up, to save you time and stress. We will be on hand to make sure you’re asking all the right questions. Once each viewing is over, we will discuss and listen to your thoughts to help with the ongoing search.


Negotiate Your Offer

We research each property and bend the ears of the seller or agent to make sure we have all the information needed, so there are no surprises, and to help you make an informed decision, so we can put you in the strongest position possible when offering


Completion Process

Once your offer is accepted, we will oversee and ensure the legal process moves along smoothly and is as stress free as possible. This is usually the most stressful part of the process and when having us on your side is paramount. We help problem solve, chase for updates from all parties, arrange surveys and any other contractors needed, so you can sit back and relax. We are always available for any questions or concerns.   


After Care

We are then on hand all the way through to completion and can help provide local contractors if required, to help ensure a smooth move in.
